Growth Stages#
ohwow tracks your business growth through 10 stages. Each stage represents a level of platform engagement and business maturity:

Progress between stages is based on real activity metrics: tasks completed, integrations connected, workflows created, streaks maintained, and badges earned.
Badges#
Badges are earned by completing specific achievements. They're checked automatically after every qualifying action; no manual claiming needed.
- Earned badges: Display with a glow border and unlock date
- Locked badges: Show as dimmed with progress indicators
- Rare badges: Special achievements that fewer than 10% of users earn
Example badges: First Task, Speed Demon (task under 30s), Streak Master (7-day streak), Integration Pro (5+ tools connected), Workflow Wizard (10+ workflows created).
Streaks#
Streaks track consecutive days of platform activity. Your streak updates when you load the dashboard each day. Milestone celebrations trigger at:
- 3 days: Small celebration animation
- 7 days: Badge earned + confetti
- 30 days: Major celebration + special badge
Milestones#
Milestones are major accomplishments that trigger celebrations: confetti animations, toast notifications, and badge awards. Common milestones include:
- First task completed
- Onboarding checklist finished
- First workflow created
- First integration connected
- 10, 50, 100, 500 tasks completed
- Reaching a new growth stage
Data Persistence#
All gamification data (badges, streaks, milestones, growth stage progress) is stored in Supabase, not localStorage. Your progress is real and permanent, tied to your account across devices and sessions.
