Approvals
Stay in control: review agent work, approve or reject with swipe gestures, and process your queue in seconds.
How Approvals Work#
When an agent in supervised mode completes a task, it pauses and sends the result to your approval queue instead of finalizing automatically. You review the output and decide:
- Approve: Accept the work as-is. The task moves to completed.
- Reject: Decline the work. The agent gets feedback and can retry.
- Request Changes: Send specific instructions for what to fix. The agent revises and resubmits.
Keyboard Shortcuts#
| Key | Action |
|---|---|
| → or A | Approve current item |
| ← or R | Reject current item |
| E | Request changes (opens editor) |
| Space | Skip to next item without action |
Bulk Actions#
The approvals list view supports bulk actions:
- Select multiple: Use checkboxes to select several approvals
- Approve all selected: One click to approve everything you've checked
- Reject all selected: Batch reject with an optional shared reason
Bulk actions are useful when you have many similar approvals, for example, a batch of social media drafts from your Content Writer agent.
Notifications#
When new approvals arrive, you'll see a badge count on the Approvals tab in the sidebar. If you have notifications enabled, the platform also sends a ping when agents are waiting for your review.
Tip
Agents set to autonomous mode skip the approval step entirely. Switch agents to autonomous when you trust their output for a particular type of task. You can always change this in agent settings.
