Credits & Plans

How billing works: credits, plan tiers, and what you get at each level.

How Credits Work#

Every agent action consumes credits. Credits map to the underlying AI model tokens your agents use. Simple tasks (quick lookups, short summaries) use fewer credits; complex tasks (multi-step research, long-form content) use more.

You can see credit usage per task in the task detail view, and your overall balance and burn rate on the dashboard and in billing settings.

All plans include access to all agent types, the approval system, growth tracking, and badges. Higher tiers unlock more capacity and advanced features.

Note

Enterprise local runtime includes a self-hosted agent runtime with voice interface, WhatsApp + Telegram messaging, local CRM, web scraping, goal planning, local model routing (Ollama), a web dashboard, offline mode, and approval workflows. All data stays on your infrastructure.

Credit Packs#

If you run out of credits before the end of your billing cycle, you can purchase credit packs:

  • Small pack: 1,000 credits
  • Medium pack: 5,000 credits
  • Large pack: 15,000 credits

Credit packs never expire and are used after your monthly allowance is depleted. They roll over between billing cycles.

Usage Tracking#

The billing settings page shows detailed usage data:

  • Current balance: Credits remaining this cycle
  • Daily burn rate: Average credits used per day
  • Projected runway: How many days until you run out at current pace
  • Top consumers: Which agents and task types use the most credits
  • Historical usage: Charts showing credit consumption over time

Upgrading & Downgrading#

You can change your plan at any time from billing settings:

  • Upgrading: Takes effect immediately. You get the new credit allowance and feature access right away, prorated for the remaining billing period.
  • Downgrading: Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep your current features until then.

Note

If you exceed a plan's limits (e.g., too many active agents after downgrading), the platform will prompt you to archive agents to fit within the new plan's limits.
