1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fast Business ("Service"), operated by Oh Wow Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Description of Service

Fast Business is an AI-powered business planning and strategy tool that helps users:

• Generate business model canvases and strategies
• Create execution roadmaps with tasks and milestones
• Identify and validate key business assumptions
• Receive AI-assisted guidance on business decisions
• Track project progress and maintain accountability

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and content based on user input. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans, Credits & Billing

The Service offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited to 3 projects with 25 AI credits per month
• Pro: Unlimited projects with 1,000 AI credits per month ($20/month or $16/month billed annually)
• Lifetime: Unlimited projects with 1,000 AI credits per month, one-time payment ($250)

AI credits are consumed when using AI-powered features. Credit costs vary by operation (1-10 credits per action). Monthly credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs do not expire.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees or credit purchases. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all business ideas, plans, and content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI features is provided for your use in connection with your business planning. You may use AI-generated content for your personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Oh Wow Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimers

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated suggestions may contain errors, inaccuracies, or may not be suitable for your specific situation
• The Service does not guarantee business success or specific outcomes
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and validating all AI-generated content before acting on it
• You should consult with qualified professionals for legal, financial, and business advice
• Business decisions based on AI suggestions are made at your own risk

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Use the Service to develop competing products

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any business decisions you make based on AI-generated content
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oh Wow Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your business activities or decisions.

10. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@ohwow.fun or through the account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including ownership, indemnification, and limitation of liability).

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Oh Wow Studio regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
