Data Deletion Request

If you connected Instagram or Facebook to ohwow and want your data gone, you have three ways to do it. Disconnecting and Meta's removal flow remove your Instagram and Facebook tokens and connected account records straight away.

How to delete your data

1. Disconnect inside ohwow: open your workspace, go to Social Media, open the account and choose Disconnect. The stored tokens are removed at once.
2. Remove ohwow from Facebook or Instagram: in your Facebook settings go to Apps and websites, find ohwow, choose Remove, then ask Meta to delete the data ohwow received. Meta tells us, and we delete the stored Instagram and Facebook tokens and connected account records immediately. Meta gives you a confirmation code and a status link, and you can check the request any time on the deletion status page.
3. Email us to delete your whole ohwow account: write to ogsus@ohwow.fun with the subject “Data deletion request”.

What data we delete

• Instagram and Facebook access tokens, removed when you disconnect or when Meta tells us you removed ohwow
• Connected account records: Instagram profile id and username, Facebook Page ids and names
• Post results and insights we saved for those accounts, removed when Meta tells us you removed ohwow or when you email us. Disconnecting in ohwow removes the tokens and the connected account, not saved post results
• If you email us: your account, your workspace, drafts and scheduled posts, and everything else tied to them

Response time

Disconnecting and Meta's removal flow take effect immediately. For email requests we finish the full account deletion within 30 days of receiving it, and we email you when it is done.
